Dynamind is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services, answer questions, and generate leads or sales. You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and maintaining positive customer relationships. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain our products or services to potential customers and answer their questions.
- Obtain and record customer information accurately.
- Follow up on leads generated.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
