Position Overview :
As a Tele Caller at Platinum Academy, your role will be to assist the sales team by managing initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and providing prospective students with detailed information about the academy's courses. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that potential students have a positive experience and are well-informed before they engage with the sales team for final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Qualification : Evaluate and qualify incoming leads to determine their suitability for the courses offered by Platinum Academy. Ensure that high-potential leads are handed over to the sales team for further engagement.
• Initial Contact : Make outbound calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in Platinum Academy's offerings. Provide detailed information about the available courses, fees, schedules, and admission processes.
• Information Dissemination : Effectively communicate the value proposition of Platinum Academy's courses, helping prospective students understand how the courses align with their career goals.
• Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls and emails with leads who have shown interest but have not yet enrolled. Keep track of all interactions in the CRM system to ensure consistent communication.
• Relationship Building : Build strong initial relationships with potential students and parents, creating a positive impression of the academy from the first interaction.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to support lead generation campaigns.
• Reporting : Prepare and present reports on lead status, follow-up outcomes, and potential improvements in the pre-sales process.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Previous experience in a pre-sales or customer support role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
