Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of helping students achieve their academic goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement:
• Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information about study abroad programs, courses, and universities.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
• Address questions and concerns related to study abroad processes, admissions, and visa requirements.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and detailed information.
• Counseling and Guidance:
• Provide initial counseling to students and parents on available options, guiding them towards suitable programs based on their academic background and aspirations.
• Schedule appointments for in-depth consultations with senior counselors.
• Follow-up and Conversion:
• Regularly follow up with leads to keep them engaged and informed about upcoming deadlines, application processes, and new opportunities.
• Work towards achieving conversion targets by effectively addressing objections and providing solutions.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Prepare and maintain reports on daily calls, inquiries, and conversions.
• Provide feedback to the team on client interactions and market trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience:
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably in the education or study abroad sector).
• Familiarity with study abroad programs, universities, and visa processes is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and regional languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Persuasive and able to influence decision-making.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Attributes:
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
