Responsibilities and duties
? Tele-calling.
? Responding to complaints from Doctors, patients and give support when requested.
? Develop & maintain a strong relationship with doctors, doctor's compounder, Blood collectors and other Para Medical staff.
? Convince clients to use our services.
Education & Experience:
Communication Skills : English, Hindi, Bengali
Minimum 12+ pass and 1yr working experience in a similar field.
Preference will be given to Female candidates
Only local candidate can apply.
Salary:
Pay: ?8,000.00 to 9,000.00 per month (Negotiable)
