Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating sales and customer service interactions via phone calls. This role involves reaching out to customers, explaining products or services, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations. The ideal candidate should be able to engage effectively with customers, manage call volumes, and work towards achieving sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services, conduct surveys, or gather information.
• Product Promotion: Clearly explain the features and benefits of products or services, and persuade customers to make purchases.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints, providing a high level of customer service.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and record relevant information for follow-up.
• Data Management: Accurately document and update customer information in the database.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
• Target Achievement: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales or service targets.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English , Hindi.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
• Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport.
• Time Management: Ability to manage time efficiently and handle high call volumes.
Working Conditions:
• Environment: Office environment
• Hours: 9am to 6pm

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
