We are looking for an enthusiastic

Telecaller Executive

to join our team and help us connect with potential clients, ensuring a smooth and engaging communication experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential clients and introduce our digital marketing services. Follow up with leads and

convert inquiries into sales

. Explain service packages and provide

customized solutions

based on client needs. Maintain and update the

CRM database

with customer interactions. Achieve

weekly and monthly sales targets

. Collaborate with the

sales and marketing team

to enhance business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.

1 years

of experience in

telecalling, sales, or customer support

.

Excellent communication skills

in Malayalam and English. Strong

persuasion and negotiation

skills. Basic knowledge of

digital marketing concepts

is a plus. Ability to work in a

target-driven environment
