We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Telecaller Executive

to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling prospective students, and providing information about our courses and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses, admission processes, and fees. Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs. Maintain and update the database with student details and status. Schedule follow-up calls and ensure high conversion rates. Address student queries and resolve concerns professionally. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize student enrollments.

Requirements:



Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (education sector preferred).

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Ability to handle objections and close deals. Fluency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
