Tele Caller Executive

Qualification:

Any Degree or Diploma

Additional Qualification:

Good communication skill in Malayalam and English

Good Typing Speed

Minimum one year experience in Telecalling/ Sales

Good working knowledge in M S Office

Should be able to coordinate all staff members in office related work

Work Profile:

Coordinator need to work with Directors and accounts team.

Create and update the customer data base . Connect with customers for new business enquiry. Communicate to prospective students who have expressed an interest in attending courses offered by Our Online Academy Provide effective guidance and support service to potential students through consistent and effective follow up Daily work allotment for team Update and share the essential reports to Directors

As a Tele caller Executive, you will be responsible for answering telephone calls, bring new students for our programs, handling customer inquiries, performing clerical duties, and providing excellent customer service.

Kindly Note: This is a Full-time permanent position with a monthly package of Rs.12,000 - Rs.15,000
