• Make and receive calls to potential and existing clients.
• Present and explain our services.
• Identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
