Primary Responsibilities
1. Reach out to customers, prospects, or clients via phone to promote products, services, or offers.
2. Respond to customer calls, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to supervisors or relevant teams.
3. Update customer records, track interactions, and maintain accurate data system.
4. Schedule follow-up calls, send reminders, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
5. Work with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
