We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Telecaller to join our team at AC Milan Academy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.
• Provide information about the AC Milan Academy's programs, courses, and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively and professionally.
• Achieve set sales and customer engagement targets.
• Assist with lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone demeanor.
• Ability to handle objections and turn leads into successful conversions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, team player, and quick learner.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Edapally North, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
