Key Responsibilities:
• Make Outbound Calls:
• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
• Follow a provided script or prepare customized pitches based on customer profiles.
• Handle Inbound Calls:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product or service information.
• Assist customers with resolving any queries or issues they might have.
• Lead Generation:
• Identify potential leads and follow up on them.
• Record details of prospects and update the CRM system.
• Schedule follow-up calls and appointments with sales teams.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
• Convert calls into sales and contribute to revenue generation.
• Maintain Customer Records:
• Update customer information in databases after every interaction.
• Track and document all conversations and outcomes.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up on customer satisfaction.
• Collaboration with Other Teams:
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
• Handle Rejections Professionally:
• Manage rejection gracefully, without letting it affect future calls.
• Persistently and professionally follow up on leads that show initial interest.
