Responsibilities:
• Conduct Outbound Calls : Reach out to prospective students to introduce them to our courses, programs, and services, and provide clear, engaging information.
• Engage Effectively : Build rapport with potential students using effective communication, addressing their questions and concerns confidently.
• Lead Follow-up : Follow up on leads from online inquiries, referrals, and marketing campaigns to maximize conversion.
• Record Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups with prospective students in Excel sheets.
• Collaboration : Work with the admissions team to schedule appointments and facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
• Achieve Monthly Targets : Meet or exceed goals for lead generation, student conversion, and revenue generation.
• Market Awareness : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to effectively position our academy's programs.
• Feedback & Reporting : Share valuable insights with management, including challenges, opportunities, and customer feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Experience : Previous experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales roles, ideally within the education sector.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional communication abilities with a friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
• Interpersonal Skills : Strong ability to connect with diverse individuals and build lasting relationships.
• Target-Oriented : A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs, with a results-driven approach.
• Multitasking & Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with Excel and other communication tools.
• Education : High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
