Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills to effectively engage customers and present our range of car care solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing Poshlyf's services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

- Present and promote our car detailing packages, addressing customer queries in Hindi and English.

- Meet monthly sales targets by effectively closing sales and upselling where possible.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

Requirements

- Proficiency in both Hindi and English is a must.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is preferred.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- A positive attitude and customer-first approach.
