Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping students achieve their dreams? EduExInt is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele caller who is fluent in both Malayalam and English to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and parents over the phone to provide information about our study abroad services and programs.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally to promote our consultancy services and guide students through the application process.

Schedule appointments for in-office consultations with our expert education counsellors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their educational needs and aspirations.

Follow up on leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Maintain accurate records of calls and client information in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred, but fresher's with a positive attitude are also welcome.

Basic knowledge of study abroad programs and processes is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
