Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products and services, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates with prior experience in telecalling will be given preference.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make outbound calls to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in the electrical or utility sector.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in telecalling
