Abe Mart, a prominent online grocery and goods delivery service, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of Abe Mart, assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote our products and services.
• Answer incoming customer calls, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide detailed product information and assist customers in placing orders.
• Record customer interactions and update customer information in the database.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with an engaging and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM.
