Job Title: Telecalling Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.
• Introduce our products/services to potential customers and educate them on features and benefits.
• Follow scripts and guidelines during calls to ensure consistency and accuracy in information provided.
• Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and address concerns effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Record customer details, interactions, and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Keep abreast of product updates, pricing changes, and promotions.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Telecalling Executive or similar role in sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other telecommunication tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
