Qualification: Graduates
Good communication skills in English & Malayalam
Candidates nice to have experience in debt recovery calls
Ability to speak persuasively and listen critically
Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Job Role:
Contacting delinquent / pre-delinquent account holders.
Using pre-defined scripts informing them about the overdue status & obtaining promise to pay.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
