Job Description

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele Callers for our Voice Process. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
• Introduce company products/services to potential customers and educate them about the benefits.
• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products/services.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed established KPIs and sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in a call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or sales is a plus.
