Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Female Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads for our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lists or leads.
• Explain our products and services (marble, granite, building materials, etc.) and answer any customer queries.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
• Maintain detailed records of each call, including customer feedback and follow-up actions.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure interest and close sales or set up meetings with the sales team.
Requirements:
• Proven minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills to manage call logs and enter data.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
• Technical support: 2 years (Preferred)
• tele sales: 2 years (Preferred)
