Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers for sales, surveys, or service updates.
• Customer Interaction : Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services.
• Sales & Lead Generation : Promote the company's products or services and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Database Management : Maintain and update customer contact information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
• Follow-up Calls : Follow up with leads and potential customers to close sales or provide additional information.
• Target Achievement : Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets set for calls, leads, or sales.
• Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from customers to improve services and identify areas for improvement.
• Documentation : Record calls, interactions, and transactions accurately in the system.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Educational Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Experience : Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
• Customer Focus : Strong ability to handle customer queries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Sales Ability : Ability to persuade, influence, and close sales.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
• Computer Skills : Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office, and other office tools.
• Languages : Fluency in English, Hindi, or odia is required.

Working Conditions :

• Shift Timing : 10:30am to 7pm
