Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience, proficient in Kannada, to join our customer support/sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential and existing customers, and providing exceptional service in 1. Kannada & Telugu. 2. Tamil & Malayalam. 3. Odiya ( 3 openings)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
• Communicate fluently in 1. Kannada & Telugu. 2. Tamil & Malayalam. 3. Odiya. English to explain product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Answer customer queries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and update customer details in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and ensure timely callbacks to interested customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding customer insights and areas for improvement.
• Handle customer complaints, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
• Languages: Fluency in 1. Kannada & Telugu. 2. Tamil & Malayalam. 3. Odiya. English communication is required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and deal with different types of customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and maintaining detailed call logs.
• Strong persuasion skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar telecalling or telesales role.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and queries over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:30am to 6:30pm

Saturday - 9:30am to 4:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
