We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our sales team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our aluminum formwork products and services. Your goal will be to generate leads, initiate sales, and build strong relationships with prospects.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from our database.

-Introduce our products and services, explaining their benefits and features.

- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information about our aluminum formwork solutions.

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.

- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotas are met and sales opportunities are maximized.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure future sales opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (CRM software, MS Office).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.

Pay: ?9,895.33 - ?18,000.00 per month
