Tele Caller Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Role
• Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list to introduce and promote our products/services.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with potential customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads based on customer interactions and input into the CRM system.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to prospects who have shown interest in our products or services.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.
• Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information. Provide regular reports on call outcomes and sales progress.
• Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and report any concerns or suggestions to the management team.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
