Job Title: Telecaller - Real Estate

Location: Cunningham Road, Bangalore.



We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and promote our real estate services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
• Provide information about the real estate market, available properties, and our services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up calls.
• Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
• Stay informed about the real estate market trends and developments.

Requirements:

• Any Degree.
• Fresher or experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
