Job Title: Female Tele Caller - Education Sector Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to effectively engage with potential students and parents.
• Convert leads into prospects by providing detailed information about our college programs, admission process, and benefits.
• Attract and persuade students to enroll in our college through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing doubts, queries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our college\'s offerings and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential students.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong product knowledge about the college\'s programs, facilities, and admission procedures.
• Ability to handle objections and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
