Key Responsibilities:Outbound Calling:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Introduce the companys products/services and explain their benefits.Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate sales opportunities.Sales and Promotion:Promote products/services to prospective customers.Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.Data Management:Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and sales.Communication:Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and Tamil.Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.Additional language proficiency is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.Basic computer skills and written communication skills.Graduation in any field.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthEducation:
