We are seeking a skilled

Telecaller Executive

with experience in complaint handling and escalation management to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Address customer complaints promptly and ensure effective resolution. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up for timely closure. Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system. Deliver excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telecalling and complaint management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage escalations effectively. Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
