Key Responsibilities :
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Answer inbound inquiries, resolve customer queries, and provide detailed information about products or services.
• Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and sales.
• Handle customer objections effectively and close sales or forward leads to the appropriate department.
• Assist in creating scripts for telephonic interactions to ensure effective communication.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the telecalling process and enhance customer experience.
Requirements :
• Excellent communication skills in [language(s)] with a clear and pleasant tone.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
