Job Description

A telecaller's job is to contact potential and existing customers by phone to generate sales or leads. They also answer customer questions and build relationships with customers. Here are some responsibilities and skills of a telecaller:

• Selling : Selling a product or service to customers
• Answering questions : Answering customer questions and providing information about products and services
• Handling transactions : Handling orders and transactions
• Building relationships : Building relationships with customers and understanding their needs
• Communication : Having excellent verbal communication skills and being an active listener
• Interpersonal skills : Having strong interpersonal skills
• Persuasion : Having the ability to persuade and influence others
• Patience : Having patience and resilience in handling customer inquiries or complaints
• Computer skills : Having basic computer skills for data entry and maintaining records
• Time management : Effectively managing time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
