Role : Tele sales Executive

Experience: 6 month -01 Year

Salary : 30K -45K per month

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities:

• Make Outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about properties and investment opportunities.
• Follow up on inquiries generated through online platforms, marketing campaigns, and advertisements.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and amenities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Follow-Up and on leads and scheduled appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and scheduled appointments. Send Promotional materials and property details to prospective clients via email or messaging platforms. Confirm attendance for scheduled site visits and assist clients with any queries before the visit. Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

CRM system:

• Update and manage the database of prospective and existing clients.
• Meet Or Exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
• Provide regular reports to the manager on call activities and outcomes. Experience:
• Previous experience in telecalling, tele sales, or customer service, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in real estate are welcome to apply.

Skills:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional language(s).
• Persuasive, customer-oriented, and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, Personal Attributes
