Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Loan Recovery Executives to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact customers with overdue loans for two-wheelers and three-wheelers, guiding them toward timely repayment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact customers to inform them about overdue loan payments and applicable penalties.
• Provide detailed explanations regarding repayment options and loan status.
• Negotiate repayment terms within company guidelines.
• Assist customers in resolving queries related to their overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer support.
