Overview: As a Telecaller at our innovative laser hair removal technology brand, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects through phone calls, educate them about our revolutionary products and services, and convert leads into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from generated leads or cold calling lists.
• Introduce and educate prospects about our advanced laser hair removal technology solutions, focusing on hair reduction, hydrafacial treatments, and IV drip therapy.
• Understand customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep detailed records of interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• A passion for innovation in beauty and wellness industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
