Tele Caller Executive
Job Description
Job Overview: Total Exp: 0-2yrs Educational Qualification: 12th, graduate, pursuing graduation Skills: Good communication skills, intrapersonal skills, coordination, excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Follow-up on leads and coordinate with sales team.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities
- Provide feedback and report preparation on excel.
Qualifications:
- 12th grade, graduate, or pursuing graduation in any field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Previous experience in Tele-sales or customer service is a plus
Offer Details: 15k-25k/month

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
