Are you an enthusiastic communicator with a knack for outbound calling? We're looking for
a dynamic Tele caller to join our team in Gurgaon, Sector-18. If you have a minimum of 2
years of experience and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our
products/services.
? Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
? Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
? Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound calling.
? Excellent verbal communication skills.
? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
? Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
? Proficiency in using CRM software and other call-related tools.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Customer Service or
Marketing are a plus.
