We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have a persuasive demeanor.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
• Explain our products/services to potential customers
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Keep accurate records of calls and sales activity in the database

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Graduate and above
