We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
Identify and understand the needs of potential customers and provide information about our products/services.
Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Record and maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively communicate over the phone, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving target
