We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Identify and understand the needs of potential customers and provide information about our products/services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Record and maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving target
