JOB DESCRIPTION : TELE Caller
KEY PURPOSE : Tele-marketing role is to generate inquiry and classify the prospects as Hot/ Warm/Cold. Generate test drive requests and work towards Concern Resolution
REPORTING To : CX Manager
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate enquiry / prospects at dealership by inviting customers to dealership.
• Pass on leads to Sales Consultants.
• Ability to qualify customers by their Intention to Purchase (ITP).
• Responsible for maintenance of dealership databases. o Provide MIS reports.
• Contribute to action planning for developing various customer segments
• Increase SSI o Conduct B+1 Callings as per process
• Ensure timely update / redressal of customer's feedback.
• Request for referrals from customer post concern resolution
• Call loyal and lost customers for dealership events as per contact calendar.
• Circulate new schemes and offers to the potential customers (as per requirements)
• Work towards Improving Customer Experience BAND Executive SKILLS REQUIREMENT
• Good telephone etiquette and persuasive in nature.
• Should be alert and receptive. o Must be very organized professional.
• Good computer skill on MS Excel, Word and Power Point. o Good Communication Skills EXPERIENCE
• 1 to 2 years' experience in service industry.
• Tele- marketing function for at least 6 months
Freshers with good MS excel skills or any 6+ M exp in tele calling can apply.

Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?144,000.00 per year
