Role:
Data surfing.
Lead generation (Call, E-mail and WhatsApp).
Minimum 100-150 Calls on daily basis.
Target 10-15 authentic Demo/Meetings per Month.
Provide accurate and clear information about the software to potential clients, addressing their queries.
Build business relation with potential clients to establish long-term relationships.
Follow up with potential leads, ensuring they are progressing through the sales funnel.
Sending Brochure and promotional materials to clients on timely basis.
Collection of relevant data from Internet and update the Central Database for calling and marketing purpose.
Each type of calling should be done through CMS (Calling Management Software) only.
All other responsibilities, as assigned by management, should be carried out.
Make outbound calls to businesses and individuals to introduce our ERP solutions.
Schedule meetings or demos between the sales team and potential clients.
Follow up with leads to convert them into potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Stay updated on the latest ERP trends and software features to effectively communicate to customers.
Responsibilities:
To maintain DAR (Daily Activity Report) and Monthly Report for the purpose of evaluation of leads.
Call recording must be shared to the reporting Manager on daily basis for further verification and training purpose.
