Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information on the company's offerings. Conduct customer follow-ups and assist in maintaining strong customer relationships. Record and manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolutions for complaints. Update CRM/database with all call-related information for tracking and reporting purposes. Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets set by the team lead or supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in local languages and/or English as required by the role. Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or databases.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
