We are looking for a

Telecaller

to join our team at our Education Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, handling inquiries, and providing information about the services and programs offered by the education center. A strong communication skill and fluency in

Hindi

or

Punjabi

is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

:

Client Communication

: Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing client inquiries and promoting the education center's programs and services.

Lead Generation

: Generate leads by contacting potential students or parents and informing them about available courses.

Database Management

: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the system.

Follow-up

: Follow up with potential clients to provide further information and schedule meetings or consultations.

Customer Support

: Provide detailed information regarding courses, admission processes, and schedules.

Qualifications

:

Education

: Any Graduate.

Experience

: Fresher or experience in a telecalling or customer service role.

Skills

:

Good communication skills

in

Hindi

or

Punjabi

(fluency in both is a plus). Basic knowledge of

MS Office

(Excel, Word). Ability to handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
