We are seeking a proactive

Tele Sales Executive

with

2+ years of experience

in education sales or business development. The ideal candidate should have

strong communication skills in English & Hindi

, excellent persuasion abilities, and a passion for guiding learners.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage potential leads via outbound calls and convert inquiries into enrollments. Provide course counseling and guide learners on career benefits. Follow up via calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets. Manage leads and interactions in CRM. Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to optimize sales.

Requirements:



Proven experience in

tele sales, education sales, or business development

. Strong

sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills

. Proficiency in

CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms

. Resilient, target-driven, and open to

working on weekends (weekday off)

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
