Job Summary:
This Job Profile is responsible for reaching out to potential clients, making outbound and inbound calls, answering inquiries, promoting the company's services, and assisting clients with their needs. The Telecaller will engage with leads, convert them into customers, and ensure proper documentation of the client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound/Inbound Calls:
• Make calls to potential clients to promote the company's services.
• Answer inquiries regarding service details, pricing, availability, and benefits.
• Lead Conversion:
• Engage with leads to understand their service needs, explain the company's offerings, and convert inquiries into bookings or sales.
• Follow-Ups:
• Follow up with interested leads and customers to encourage conversion.
• Address any client concerns or queries, providing relevant information to drive decision-making.
• Customer Support:
• Provide excellent customer service by helping clients with service-related inquiries.
• Offer guidance on service packages, pricing, and booking procedures.
• Data Management:
• Update and maintain CRM with client details, interactions, and progress.
Track the status of leads and ensure timely follow-up.

Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Previous experience in Telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Salary:
• Salary: Typically ranges from ?10,000 to ?15,000 per month.
