Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound Calls : Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients or customers.
• Product Knowledge : Explain the features and benefits of products/services offered by the company.
• Customer Queries : Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide information on services, pricing, and product details.
• Lead Generation : Qualify leads, generate interest, and convert prospects into sales or further inquiries.
• Data Entry : Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Sales & Upselling : Sell products or services, and upsell when appropriate based on customer needs.
• Follow-up : Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales or resolve customer issues.
• Customer Feedback : Collect customer feedback and report issues or trends to the management.
• Maintain Targets : Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call quotas and sales targets.
• Complaint Resolution : Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication.
