Customer Outreach : Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather feedback. Handle inbound calls as required.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads based on customer interest and needs, passing qualified leads to the sales team or following up to close deals.
Customer Support : Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow-ups : Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied, collect feedback, and maintain customer relationships.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
