• Answer incoming calls of patients and give appointments to them
• Conduct follow-up calls
• Build rapport with potential customers.
• Solve queries of patients related to medicine, medi-claim
• Efficiently manage call time to maximize productivity
Job Qualification
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Effective verbal communication skills are required.
• Candidate should possess active listening abilities.
• Basic proficiency in using computer applications.
• Female candidates would be preferred
