Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Conversion : Engage with inbound and outbound leads to effectively convert them into sales. Respond to queries, offer product/service solutions, and close deals.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products/services, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to leads.
• Sales Pitching & Presentations : Deliver compelling sales presentations through calls, emails, or in-person meetings, emphasizing product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Lead Follow-Up : Promptly follow up with leads at different stages of the sales funnel, ensuring no lead is neglected and increasing the likelihood of conversion.
