Job Summary:
Restart Digital Services is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting our digital services, answering inquiries, and providing exceptional customer support. The Telecaller will play a key role in expanding our customer base, increasing service adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing customers to promote the company's services.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through phone calls, follow-up calls, and lead database management.
• Customer Interaction: Provide information on services, answer questions, and handle customer objections effectively.
• Sales Conversion: Convert leads into customers by presenting the value of our services and offering tailored solutions.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and customers regularly to nurture relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer queries and issues promptly, escalating to the relevant department if needed.
• Service Explanation: Clearly explain the company's digital services, benefits, and features to customers.
• Performance Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to convince customers and close sales effectively.
• Customer-Centric: A passion for customer service with a solution-oriented approach.
• Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in [mention preferred languages like English, Hindi, etc.].
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and achieve shared goals.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience in selling digital services or products.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, website development, or other related services.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and turn challenges into opportunities.
