We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Caller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, providing information on property listings, and assisting with inquiries to drive sales and meet business objectives. The Tele Caller will play a key role in building relationships with clients, setting up meetings, and ensuring a seamless process from initial contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound Calls : Contact prospective buyers, investors, and tenants to inform them about real estate properties available for sale or rent.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new leads through calls, follow-ups, and database management.
• Provide Property Information : Offer detailed descriptions of properties, including pricing, features, amenities, location advantages, and availability.
• Schedule Appointments : Set up appointments and property viewings for interested clients with the sales team or property consultants.
• Customer Inquiries : Handle inquiries from potential customers, addressing any concerns they may have and providing relevant information.
• Database Management : Maintain and update the customer database, logging all interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Follow-Up : Follow up with potential leads and customers to ensure continued interest and convert leads into actual sales or rental agreements.
• Sales Support : Work closely with the sales team to track lead status, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting : Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead generation, and progress to the sales manager.
• Customer Service : Provide exceptional service to clients by understanding their requirements and offering suitable property recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Experience : 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak confidently to customers.
• Persuasion Skills : Strong convincing ability to engage customers and encourage action (e.g., booking viewings or signing agreements).
• Knowledge of Real Estate : Familiarity with real estate terminology, market trends, and property types (desirable but not mandatory).
• Tech Savvy : Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other communication tools.
• Customer Focus : Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Problem Solving : Ability to address client queries or concerns and offer solutions promptly.
